Return & Refund Policy

At Maavibe Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return policy.

❌ No Returns / Exchanges  
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as color preference, design liking, or personal choice.

✅ Eligible for Return or Refund  
Returns or refunds are accepted ONLY if:
• The product is damaged during transit  
• There is a manufacturing defect  

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video  
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or refund. The video should clearly show the package being opened from start to end without cuts.

⏱ Reporting Time  
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

💰 Refund Process  
Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

⚠️ Important Notes  
• Slight color variations due to lighting and screen resolution are not considered defects.  
• Handmade or traditional products may have minor irregularities, which are part of their uniqueness.
